Teen Excellence Program is a comprehensive program which explores all aspects of the mind, body, spirit and emotions, which provides effective and impactful life skills development. The curriculum is designed to build, Personal, Social and Emotional Intelligence, carefully curated with detailed SEL (Social-Emotional Learning). The motive to build this long-term program is to have a gradual built up of learnings in detail. Also, it is curated keeping in mind parents’ request to be able to provide their teenagers a proper foundation and platform to rely on, for long term.

We begin by building self-awareness in-depth for the teens, which is the key to changing and improving oneself. This 6-month regular program offers teens a unique opportunity to discover who they are, uncover limiting beliefs and their impact, create harmony & balance in their lives, learn to empathize, improve their relationships, build a positive impressive presence, as they gain the confidence to live life with purpose & fulfilment.

The program is divided in 2 levels, where level 1 comprises of all the basics of the curriculum and level 2 comprises of the advanced learning. Each session is focused on the learning where each teenager gets personal attention and we make sure of giving enough time to clear their doubts for better understanding.
